You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile in the app or on the website, or contact us and we'll help. Subscription management and billing are handled through Stripe, not through the app stores.
You can delete your account and associated data in two ways:
From the app: Open your Profile screen and tap "Delete Account." Your app data is deleted immediately, and a request is submitted for an administrator to remove your authentication account.
By email (without the app): If you no longer have the app installed, email info@streamspark.ca with the subject line "Jnana Yoga account deletion" from the email address registered to your account. An administrator will verify the request by matching the sender email to your account and process the deletion.
Data removed: Your profile and preferences, saved items, practice entries, journal entries, AI conversations, dharma guidance, dharma path progress, reel likes, reel comments, shareable cards, and user blocks. Your authentication account record is removed after an administrator processes your request.
