By using Jnana Yoga, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Jnana Yoga is a spiritual companion app that provides Hindu scripture-based teachings, deity journeys, festival content, short-form wisdom videos, AI-assisted scripture Q&A, a personal saved library, and a mandir finder. The app is operated by Spark Streaming Inc., Ontario, Canada.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Jnana Yoga. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You can initiate account deletion at any time from the Profile screen in the app. Your app data is deleted immediately; your authentication account is removed after an administrator processes your request. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Premium subscriptions cost $10.00 per month, billed through Stripe on our website. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your Profile in the app or by contacting us.

On the iOS native app, subscription checkout is not available inside the app. Existing subscribers retain full access after signing in. New subscriptions are available on our website. Apple In-App Purchase is not used.

Refund requests can be directed to Spark Streaming Inc. at info@streamspark.ca and are handled subject to applicable law and the terms of your purchase.

Ask Dharma AI and Dharma Vision responses are generated by AI using Hindu scripture as source material. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions. Scripture quotes are generated by AI and may not be verbatim. Always verify important scriptural references against published texts.

Jnana Yoga is a spiritual and educational tool. It is not a substitute for professional mental health, medical, legal, or financial advice.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.

• Post abusive, hateful, or harassing content in comments.

• Attempt to access another user's data or disrupt the service.

• Use AI features to generate harmful or misleading content.

Original material created for Jnana Yoga, including its design, branding, and original written content, is owned by Spark Streaming Inc. Third-party material, including scripture texts and translations, retains its respective owners' rights. The app provides spiritual and educational content for personal, non-commercial use.

Jnana Yoga is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Spark Streaming Inc. is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including any reliance on AI-generated spiritual content.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
